Assessment
Mr. xxxxxxx has been tested with APM and EQ. Parameters of mental efficiency are tested by APM whereas EQ measures the emotional intelligence of a person. Mental efficiency is the outcome of accuracy of thoughts, relationship and reasoning. A successful person matures equally in IQ and EQ; in fact both are interrelated and interdependent parameter. Equilibrium is required in use of both IQ & EQ to live life successfully.
Testing Analysis
xxxxxxx has solved all the 12 items in SET- I of APM correctly. This set measures major normal factors such as Extension, Deduction, Constancy and Logic. The score of this set interprets that Mr. xxxxxxxx has developed these abilities in his behavior.

Emotions are affective and it affects our behavior. It is important to understand own emotions and transfer it to actions instead of thinking about it. Emotional awareness of Mr. xxxxxxxx is slightly above average and it will fully mature probably during middle adulthood. Self assessment and self confidence is average. The score on overall Self-Awareness is 25. This is an indication of level of Self-Awareness which is average. At the age of 27 this level is considered as good but demands more improvement faster, over a period of next 4-5 years, before age of 35.
Most important Self management skills are also tested. The test reveals that Mr. xxxxxxxx has attended highest level of Achievement Motivation. He has developed strong desire to achieve his predefined goal. However, emotionally the “trust” component is somewhat low, dragging him down from acting on his predefined goal. Social Skills are very much important to succeed in life. Mr.xxxxxxx though not good in social skills but his social skills is better than social awareness. He is lacking in building bonds with people, inability to act as change catalyst and bring desire changes in any challenging situation. Team building and working in collaboration within group is far difficult to Mr. xxxxxxxx However, these are important traits to inculcate in behavior for future success. The needs of success exist and it has to be nurture, developing social skills.
Empathy score is 19. Empathy is ability experience same emotional response exhibited by other person, substituting own emotions. This leads to understanding each other wisely. Empathy is somewhat developed but yet to mature at its highest level.
Overall Emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) is 91. This is an indication of average emotional intelligence. The range of average EI is 85 to 115.
Conclusion:
Even though intellectual efficiency is very high, Mr. xxxxxxxxx is not able to meet his goals due to lack of some EI components. We propose to improve on Service orientation, Poly-tricking, Building bonds, Collaborative efforts and Empathy.
